Presidents Show Message
This year is a very special year where we will see the running of the 175th year of the Penrith Show.
In this years Show we be showcasing our events that have been run over the years leading up this this special one.
Special Events is expected to be a huge crowd pleaser with the Monster Trucks, Demolition Derby and the D-Max Isuzu Team and much more.
Also, our Sky Lounge will be hosting a magnificent display of Lego, this display is a must see.
All of the Lego experts will be on board to explain the display setting and how it has all come together.
We are most grateful to the School Agricultural Section who put together a wonderful variety of displays as they compete against each other for various awards that have been once again kindly donated. We are as always indebted to all the schools, teachers, students and supporters of this section which ensures that this is a rewarding display each and every year.
All of our favourite Sections will be back plus much more.
Don’t forget to visit our Food and Wine Expo where a lot of local produce will be on display.
The working dogs will also be on display both days of the show the whole family to enjoy.
This year the Animal Farm will be located once again near the Children’s Play area and 3P’s Cafe there you will find a huge array of furry and feathered friends to discover.
There will be a big two-day competition of horse events including Show Hunters, Pony Hacks & Stock Horses in the centre ring.
As always, many thanks should go to the members of the society for the time they have given over the years to co-ordinate the various displays and exhibits, once again a big thank you to all the local community and our sponsors for their continued support of the Penrith Show.
Many thanks to my fellow Directors, Management, Staff and Volunteers for the time and effort that makes the Penrith Show an excellent event every year.
